I had an introductory conversation with Charlie, read him my list of difficulties, and he logged into my AirTable and solved all my problems in about 15 minutes. Absolutely spectacular experience. I went into this expecting to require another call after this introduction before I could actually get value from it, but that wasn't the case at all. Very fast.
